MY FALSE CHARGES

 I have explained to everyone in great detail that my charges are false. I also explained that my restraining order was based on nothing but lies. Both my criminal case and my civil restraining order case are in the public record.

Dear friends, I have a friend who is also from Berkeley. She got a restraining order against her neighbor, but then they became befriends again, and she wants to dissolve the restraining order. She was asking me how to go about it. I told her what I know. I told her that she can call Hayward Hall of Justice and asks questions.
